The building has completed the perimeter of the area bounded by Shota Rustaveli, Zelena Streets and Petrushevich Square. Until recently, the site was used by kiosks that were out of sync with the surroundings. One of the tasks was to create an object in the context of the future renewal of the public space of Petrushevich Square. The difficulty was the small area and width of the site. The building is decorated with a hinged perforated facade, which performs the function of shading, taking into account the southern orientation. In this way, energy savings were achieved during the hot season.

SEARCH FOR CONTEXT OR SHADOW OF FORGOTTEN ANCESTORS

It is generally accepted that architecture shapes the environment. And what if the environment itself is the carrier of information and energy, which is able to speak in the language of symbols, history, traditions, art? To ignore this influence is to deny its existence. Motifs of the natural Carpathian environment were reflected in the art of embroidery, inlay, painting, and carving and formed an ethnic image of local hue, which generally characterized the context that guided us in the search for the silhouette of the building, lines, and architectural techniques in general.

One-family dwelling house #3

Single-family house with a total area (270 sq.m.). The planning decision is designed in such a way that all rooms except the auxiliary and guest rooms are oriented to the reservoir. The water mirror of the outdoor pool, visually combined with the lake, coincides with the level of zero of the house. An additional option is a holiday home, which is a stylistic extension of housing.

Felted titanium zinc, Thermo wood, and concrete facing slabs are used in the external decoration of the buildings.

The task for the landscape project was to integrate the architecture into the existing natural environment.

The house uses remote control of the heating system, which made it possible to control the temperature of the premises during the absence of residents. A low-temperature heating system was also used to increase energy efficiency.

The uniqueness of the project is its unpretentiousness in volume. It is not the architecture that dominates, but the landscape.

Single-family residential house with total area (700 sq.m.). The planning solution is designed in such a way that all roms except the auxiliary and guest room are focused on the pond. The water mirror of the street pool, visually combined with the lake, coincides with the level of zero of the house. An additional option is a holiday home, which is a stylistic continuation of the residential.

In the external decoration of buildings used Courtenay metal, TMW and structured stone slabs.

The task for the landscape project was to integrate architecture into the existing natural environment.

The remote control of the heating system was used in the house, which made it possible to control the temperature of the premises during the absence of residents. A low-temperature heating system was also used to improve energy efficiency.

The uniqueness of the project in its impregnability in volumes. Not architecture dominates, but landscape.
