Single-family house with a total area (270 m2). The planning decision is designed in such a way that all rooms except the auxiliary and guest rooms are oriented to the reservoir. The water mirror of the outdoor pool, visually combined with the lakecoincides with the level of zero of the house. An additional option is a holiday home, which is a stylistic extension of housing.

Felted titanium zinc, Thermo wood, and concrete facing slabs are used in the external decoration of the buildings.

The task for the landscape project was to integrate the architecture into the existing natural environment.

The house uses remote control of the heating system, which made it possible to control the temperature of the premises during the absence of residents. A low-temperature heating system was also used to increase energy efficiency.

The uniqueness of the project is its unpretentiousness in volume. It is not the architecture that dominates, but the landscape.
